About me
Hi, I’m Nina, a physiotherapist with nearly two decades of experience and still smiling (most of the time!). It's the best job in the world to experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. I specialise in neurological rehabilitation, particularly working with people recovering from stroke, living with MS, or managing conditions like cerebral palsy.
I qualified from Coventry University in 2006, and over the years I’ve added a few more strings to my bow—I’m a Pilates instructor, trained in acupuncture, and currently studying a Master’s in Psychology (because apparently I love homework as much as I love helping people!). My private physiotherapy practice is all about home-based care across Oxfordshire—bringing expert, personalised rehab to your living room (or garden, if the sun’s out). Whether you need help regaining mobility, rebuilding confidence, or just someone to cheer you on while you work toward your goals, I’ve got you.
Outside of work, I’m a mum to three football-obsessed boys and a devoted dog lover. When I’m not treating clients, I’m usually walking my own pup—or borrowing someone else’s waggy friend for a bit of fresh air therapy.

Compassionate physiotherapy in your home
At Physiotherapy Services Oxfordshire, the difference is personal. I don’t just bring expert physiotherapy into your home—I bring compassion, humour, and a truly individual approach to every session. I understand that recovery isn't just physical—it's emotional, mental, and personal.
Unlike large clinics or rushed appointments, my service is one-to-one, home-based, and entirely tailored to you. I take the time to listen, understand your goals, and work at a pace that feels right. Whether you're regaining mobility after a hospital stay or living with a long-term condition, I’ll help you build strength, confidence, and independence—all from the comfort of your own space.
A friendly face and a listening ear—no white coat, no rush. You can expect more than just physiotherapy—you’ll get a partnership in your recovery, where you feel supported, respected, and empowered every step of the way.
My values
At Physiotherapy Services Oxfordshire, everything I do is guided by a set of values that put people—not just conditions—at the centre of care:
🌱 Compassion: Every patient has a story, and I take the time to listen. Whether you’re recovering from a stroke or living with a long-term neurological condition, I treat you with empathy, patience, and genuine care.
🧠 Expertise: I bring a deep and evolving knowledge base to every session—so you get evidence-based care that truly works.
🏡 Personalised, Home-Based Care: There’s something powerful about being treated in your own space. My home visit service allows you to feel relaxed and in control, while I tailor every treatment to your unique goals, abilities, and surroundings.
🧍♂️ Dignity & Respect: Everyone deserves to be treated as an individual—with warmth, kindness, and without judgment. I always meet you where you’re at, physically and emotionally.
⚽ Connection: Human connection matters. I believe a little laughter, some encouragement, and an honest conversation can be just as therapeutic as the exercises themselves
These values shape every decision I make and every treatment I deliver—because physiotherapy isn’t just about movement, it’s about helping people live well.
Making a difference
At Physiotherapy Services Oxfordshire, my goal is simple: to help people feel more confident, capable, and in control of their lives again. Whether that’s being able to get out of a chair with ease, walk to the local shop, or feel safe moving around the house, every small step matters—and I’m here to help make those steps possible.
I want my patients to feel heard, supported, and never rushed. Rehab can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. I aim to create a calm, encouraging environment where you can rebuild your strength and independence at a pace that feels right for you.
More than anything, I want the people I work with to feel hopeful—to know that progress is always possible, no matter how small it may seem. My greatest reward is seeing someone regain not just function, but freedom, confidence, and joy in their daily life.
